A guide to killing hyperius as maya without using the immolate glitch or without using a norfleet. An extra to add. If he regains his shield, just go back to step 1 and group up the robots and shoot your rocket launcher at them until hyperius lowers his shield, then you should get him to rage mode.

Hyperius the Invincible OP10 vs Antagonist & Hydra + build | Salvador | Borderlands 2
Here is another viable and glitchless way of killing OP10 Hyperius that can work on other characters too. The point of this build is to have a very high pellet count shotgun, ideally a Hydra, and an Antagonist shield, with which you can abuse the bullet deflection from Hyperius’s shield and your Antagonist to make your shotgun’s pellets build up exponentially more damage every time they bounce off of his shield back to yours and so on a bunch of times.
